On way up to top of Alpental, small cracks and movement on top of most recent layer. Upon a really small cut 3 ft below ridge into international, a slide with a 3-4” crown propagated across almost the entire bowl. Slide started 3ft below skier. Slide did not step down layers but did slide down about 100ft into main funnel.
Avalanche
Small slide. 3-4” crown, but it did trigger easily on the most recent layer and propagated across 3/4 of the bowl
