Clear skies and northerly winds kept temps cool. Recent storm, 8" HST. Only 16" HN this month.
Snowpack
A few harmless isolated sluffs observed. No signs of instability. Ski tests (E at TL) were negative. Warm enough for MF crust formation on sunny aspects.
