Quick report
Cold calm morning. Was able to skin from the parking lot, but that will not be the case for long. There was widespread wind affected snow, which made for a pleasant ascent. Around 9 am winds increased and clouds rolled in which kept actively loading the slopes but did not do much to increase any wind slab danger. Sadly, the wind affected snow was not the most enjoyable to ski and by 12:00 at 5300' the snow became saturated. Lotts of roller balls and small wet lose activity. Ski pen was 20cm & boot pen was to the hip.
