Quick report
Day cooler than expected thanks to light breeze from Timberline. A few other pics to accompany showing early afternoon south-facing surface conditions around 7500’. Pretty sure saw the ski/board duo who laid the tracks imply laid around 1:30-2pm as well. Warm temps tonight, lesser wind than yesterday and similar above avg temp tomorrow imply it may get slow & sloppy tomorrow (tho forecasted clear skies/radiational cooling tonight may help some).
Avalanche
D2ish Loose Wet (or maybe slab, bad vantage/terrain for seeing crown etc), possibly cornice fall triggered on steep east facing gully wall around 7700’. Debris seems to imply today or maybe yesterday.
