Conducted snow pit analysis on NE facing aspect. - Total snow depth was 90cm - Ambient Temp 23 degrees Fahrenheit -21degree NE aspect -9450 ft elevation 3 distinct layers were found with faceted snow with some signs of sintering. The 1st layer was 40 cm deep and collapsed after C15. The remaining two layers compressed but did not break free. The bottom two layers do appear to be sintering.
