Was feeling hopeful and got out to the great one this evening to try and snag some turns. Found very wind affected snow creating small slabs and cracking below the runout, upon entering the bottom of the couloir found a much thicker slab 4-8 inches. Noted cracks to skintrack below up to 20ft long and full slab collapse and propagation. See photos for more detail. Turned around and side slipped down the choss field. Rather spicy, could shape up to be a great snowpack though! Pretty severe wind and snowing hard this evening in the northern bridgers. 4-7 inches of new snow.
