Party of two toured up the GOS ski trail at 8:30 am in heavy, wet snow that became lighter at higher elevations. Hand shears showed slabbing and a lack of cohesion between the new snow and the ice crust from Saturday. After touring past the first sharp turn after the Fingers, we made a ski cut on an east aspect that released a slab with two crowns at ~6cm and the bed surface ~20cm. We turned around and skied the GOS ski trail.
