Quick report
I took a quick tour around as many aspects as possible to see recent snowfall and surface conditions in the Mammoth Area. There's up to a few inches sitting on faceting crusts.
Solar aspects had recent snow blown onto them, but not enough to form slabs on typically scoured slopes. The north sides of ridges had been scoured by strong northeast wind and surfaces and cornices had been eroded. I saw no recent avalanche and experienced no signs of instability traveling all over near treeline and below treeline terrain.

Graybird day. Low cloud deck over the Mammoth Crest and the top of Mammoth Mountain. Partial clearing over the Ritter Range midday. No blowing snow. Cool, light east-northeast winds at ridges with occasional moderate gusts.
