We found very deep deposits of fresh powder snow from the last few days.

- <p>Feet of new snow even at mid elevations. The light powder will easily be drifted around. I found fresh drifts 3' deep in mid elevation terrain.</p> <p>I don't like the snow on slopes that were shallow during the cold weather around Christmas. I found poor snow structure on shallow south and southeast facing slopes.</p>
