Quick report
At 0930 snow on N faces was soft and still pretty powdery. Air temp was warm and it was eerily windless. The sky was lighly obscured by clouds. By my departure at 1300 the greenhouse effect had done its worst and mank had set in everywhere. No instabilities were noted on any slopes. Snowpack is still very thin on most aspects in this area.
