Quick report
Toured around point 6 area past two days. Yesterday (2/20) visibility was very poor most of the day on top of point 6 with moderate to strong W/NW winds, but calm once I was off the summit. Dug a pit on a south aspect ~7800ft, snow depth 170cm. No propagation on ECT but was able to easily produce a clean shear of the top slab ~50cm down. Out of respect for the slab I avoided rollovers and slopes over 35°. South facing skiing was great, new snow was only a little heavy. Today (2/21) was mostly sunny, calm and there was a zipper crust on the aspects I traveled, mainly S and E, then turned into creamy snow once it got warm. I got out of there before it warmed too much and did not observe any rollerballs or wet loose activity, but trees were starting to shed snow before 1pm.
