Quick report
Recent signs of avalanches on North Aspects. One large crown and one loose avalanche. Partly cloudy and cool conditions with moderate winds varying in direction. No snowpack test results, we changed our route dramatically. Didn't have a good sense of overall stability since we changed our plans.
Avalanche
On the way up to the white clouds we noticed a very large and wide crown on a N/NE Aspect near White Cloud Peak #3. We also noticed one smaller crown and one loose slide on a north aspect on the adjacent drainage. We observed steady moderate winds at varying directions. We did not continue our route up, so we did not make any snowpack observations.
