Observation: Cutler Ridge

Pervasive crust layer in the area of Cutler ridge today, even in sheltered and north facing slopes. Still skiiable, but tricky in certain spots. Didn't go higher than dead tree today, but a light amount of snow was being transported freely, though the wind was not as high as predicted. Prominent wind direct for the day was out of W/SW roughly 10mph with gusts to 20. Can't speak to the upper elevations, but I'm sure it was even more so up there. Cornices and wind loading in many areas. Did not observe any cracking, collapsing or avalanches.
