- Red Flags Comment
-
Primary concern was wind loading today. The distribution, depth and hardness of wind affected snow varied widely along ridges. For example, in some places snow was supportable windboard while other places there were rounded visible wind pillows.

Snowpack
- Instability Comment
-
Wind drifted snow plus a couple of minor dirt crusts were our primary concern today, however these were not senstive to snowpit tests or skiing.

North facing aspects still held good snow. East and west aspects had a thin crust in the morning, however, this softened during the day and skied ok. Substantial wind affect and dense wind drifted snow along ridges.
