Intermittent thin cloud layer with air temperatures above freezing.
Snowpack
Shallow snowpack BTL and mostly wind stripped to ground ATL. Morning surface snow was dry and then this quickly warmed up throughout the day. Periods of wind and thicker cloud layers would cool it down and develop thin crusts and lenses. Photos attached of coverage in the zone and warming surface snow/crust development.
