Isolated cracking in heavily wind-drifted areas. Stomped on a few big drifts, but no significant shooting cracks. No active wind loading today. Quick pit at 9500ft, 112 deg SE in a sheltered spot below the east ridge showed 20cm of F to 4F- snow sitting on top of F hard facets above a MFC. Surface snow was becoming moist and more cohesive with warming temperatures and intense solar input. ECTP2 down 20cm on the NSF layer. Quite a few people put tracks on the SE face without incident. The luge run below the lake is rugged. Isolated cracking in heavily wind-loaded areas.

Clear skies and warm temperatures. Snow was becoming moist by 1100 on solars. Winds were light at ridgelines and calm elsewhere. Signs of light rain up to about 7200-7300ft.
