Quick report
To hopefully no one's surprise, I saw an abundance of wet slides. Like if I had a dollar for every slide I had, maybe I could afford to buy a condo or a van on the Eastside. Jokes aside, yes, signs of instability. Wet slides, set off a bunch of roller balls and pinwheels. It rained last night. I was hoping it snowed higher up but the wet slop caused all ski runs in the vicinity, except a few lower angle ones, to slide like the Goo Goo Dolls (am I aging myself?). Yeah, I'm gonna let it slide. It was sunny today and we had a warm up. The snow was sticky and slushy. I traveled cautiously and bushwhacked A LOT. Honestly it was a heinous day but my dog enjoyed it and I got lots of photos of the slides on Gibbs, Dana, Lewis, Wood, etc. Maybe you'll be able to spot the bald eagle flying above. Enjoy!
