Quick report

Cracking
isolated

Toured up through the storm to the Sherwin Ridge to see if I could find some soft turns. The skinning was tricky due to the thin cover of new snow on firm surfaces. There was a lot of smaller sized graupel and heavily rimed precipitation particles present in the new snow. Isolated cracking was present at corners on the skin track. Once on the ridge it was blowing so hard it was difficult to stand up. Movement was difficult until a lull in the wind. See video And snow was actively being blown into Nevada with minimal deposition on the lee of the ridge. Dropping in the little wind lip barely propagated past my board. See photo.
