Quick report
We broke trail all the way up Lucky Days. We were expecting widespread cracking and collapsing, but observed absolutely none. On the shoulder we did encounter wind drifts that varied with the terrain, but none presented any issues or warning signs.Priror to dropping of the ridge we discussed the concerns of potential wind slabs as there were observed leeward winds and snow deposits from the wind. A heavy slope cut and jumping on our splitboards produced no results. After descending 150 vertical feet the snow conditions turned to blower unaffected right side up snow. I can never recall coverage being this good in November. Trail all the way to Spruces had no sharks anywhere even after being heavily trafficked by people exiting.
