I spied this fresh large wet avalanche or avalanches from above, so I couldn't see a fair amount of the path or the stating zone, but looks like they initiated as wet loose snow came off the cliffs just below where I was standing. The avalanches picked up steam and gouged out all the snow to the ground layer.
