Collapsing Cracking Remote slab release Fresh crowns Upon parking in a high meadow we immediately noticed fresh crowns in aggressive cliffed/spine terrain. Appeared to be within last 12 hours and 1-2 feet in depth. We figured wind slabs breaking on storm interfaces. While ascending adjacent ridge we triggered a collapse on steep NE slopes below that caused a small slab to release on a roll about 200ft below but most concerning was a correlating shooting crack about 20ft below us that wrapped at least 200ft across multiple features.
