I'm a firefighter in Little Cottonwood Canyon. We were notified at 8:00 this morning that a skier had triggered a small slide on superior. As we responded to the highway below, we witnessed several slides in multiple drainages. A couple of them were pretty big. This video is a snowboarder coming down between Little Superior and Two Trees. Everyone we saw made it down without getting carried. Some very close calls!
