Quick report
Clear and sunny day up at Paradise. The wind kept the snow pretty locked up with little softening throughout the day. Definitely low snow levels with mandatory walking to get up and over panorama point. Muir snowfield has good coverage. Ski crampons were very useful up there today. Nisqually chute is filled in. Found firm but not icy snow. As of 1pm, there were patches of soft snow on S/SE slopes on the traverse out of the chute, but definitely wasn’t full on spring skiing today.
