Quick report
The western aspect of Kendall Peak had significant wind loading on leeward ridges and cliff bands include non overhanging cornices roughy 1m in size. Snow fall was light to moderate most of the day as forecasted. The snow became more dense / wet in the early afternoon. Very small wet loose avalanches were observed near the cliff bands off the PCT at 3840ft. Overall hand pits and ski throughout the tour led us to believe the snow pack was stable and skied from 5300’ on the Avy Swath maintaining conservative riding.
