Strong wind and blowing snow around 10am. Wind and snowfall rates decreased through the mid-day, then were picking back up in the early afternoon. A Down valley wind loading pattern in this area.
HST 8" to 12". HS 175 at 10,300ft
Snowpit at 10600 NE. ECTX. 2/2 interface 80cm down. Shovel tilt test produced a shear within the storm snow. We found no results across multiple test slopes around 35 degrees steep.
