The new snow was heavy, composed mostly of graupel (photo 1). There were signs of wind scouring overnight (photo 2). The fresh wind slabs I found were neither cohesive nor reactive. There was some small sluffing off of the cliffs on Baldy within the new snow, but no real avalanche activity to speak of. No cracking or collapsing noted.
