Inversion ~4300'. Inversion seemed to be weakening as the day progressed with fog dissipating out of Alp Valley early afternoon. High scattered clouds from incoming storm.
Snowpack
Near the Thumbtack at 5160'/SE: Hs: 200cm, Ski pen: 5cm of wet consolidated storm snow On Source Lake apron at 4000'/SE: Hs: 105cm, Ski pen 20cm of dry storm snow Thin MF crust down 10-15cm above inversion (~4300') on SE-E-NE aspects.
Avalanche
WL-ASc-R2-D1. Wet Loose intentionally triggered from skier. NE/E aspect. Ran from 5500'-5300' on a thin MF crust down 10-15cm.
