- <p>The current snow pack where it does exist is a mix of old weak early season snow with some crusts that does give it some structure and a liitle supportability. There is not much snow that is connected at this elevation around Bald Mt. </p>
Pretty thin snow cover around Bald Mt. with not much of the snow connected. There are some drifted areas where the snow is deeper and I did hear some professional snow observers experiencing collapsing in the area. Sounds like we may have to wait till later in the week for the next decent storm.
