- <p>Observed small (1' x 20') soft slab avlanche in Hells Kitchen on a S facing slope at 7500'. Obsevred shooting cracks as well in similar terrain. </p>
We stayed in low-angle terrain all day and avoided the strong winds along the upper ridge and possible wind loading. There were pretty good powder riding conditions all around the compass. Full parking lots and lots of slope testers out today, but I think everyone here has gotten the message.
