Great riding conditions in sheltered terrain. We could skin from the road, but it is definitely still bare in spots. The big surface hoar we've been seeing was intact underneath the new snow. A good chance that layer will present problems as we get more snow.
Snowpack
About 1 to 2" of new snow barely covered the existing, very large surface hoar, which was well preserved underneath.
