Good amount of new snow from the previous night at higher elevations. New snow was sitting on a crust that was easy to “pop” on skin track corners and hand pits. Full on storm day and it was all grauple. Probably 5” of dippin dots accumulated and more where it was blown in. Breaking trail again on the skin track for second lap. Seemed like it was hard for the grauple to actually stack up because it just kept rolling down the slope. At one point there was a river of grauple coming down the slope and carving out a path on its way down. So weird. Skied great. Gonna be interesting to see what happens when/if this get buried overnight. Wind gusts were strong and coming from all directions.
