Weather
Overcast with light breeze and below freezing for most of the day. Sun poked out in afternoon.
Snowpack
About 18inches of soft new snow now overlays a firm crust. Multiple buried weak layers show propogation potential in our upper elevation pit tests. Pit 1: 6250' E , HS 156, ECTP15 31cm from surface in new snow, ECTP25 84cm from surface in late January persistant weak layer (similar results in subsequent tests). Pit 2: 5700' W, HS 139, many failures in Compression tests, but no propogating results in Extended Colume Tests.
