Quick report

Cracking
isolated

Northern-facing aspects above ~5000 feet were wind-loaded. Directly observed small wind slab avalanche. Spoke with numerous people who experienced cracking, whumping, and small slides. Southern-facing aspects were well-bonded. Periods of sun, light snow, wind... overall a great day. Was able to skin back to the Narada Falls parking lot on the Stevens Canyon road but pavement is starting to show, probably not much longer before you'll have to boot in/out.

Avalanche

Small wind slab avalanche that ran within the north facing bowl between Pinnacle Peak and The Castle. I purposely triggered a cornice fall which propagated the slide. Crown was 8 inches deep, 20 feet wide, (slowly) ran for maybe 40 feet. Not particularly surprising given the NWAC forecast and the nearby wind-scouring.
