Two extended column tests were performed in a put dug at 11,500 feet on a NE aspect. Results were ECTP14 @ 78 cm and ECTP16 @ 78 cm. The test showed propagating failure on buried surface hoar 72cm from the surface of the snow. On top of that weak layer is the storm snow that began 1/5, with 78 cm - 95 cm being more faceted than the rest of the slab.
