Quick report

The storm came in a bit later and was less intense than expected. Winds remained light where I traveled.

I found up to 20 cm of new snow, with soft slabs just starting to develop as I was exiting the field.

In this area, I was below and near tree line below 9000'. New snow fell on a 4F crust up to 2 cm, above the new snow from 03/02 (decomposing precip particles). Beneath that snow exists a crust facet combo over 4F rounds. A very small layer (less than 1 cm) of .5 facets exists beneath the lowest crust layer.
