Quick report
No instability observed while touring, weather 31 deg F, light N winds, clear skies. Pit in solar aspects SE at 8240 feet. ECT was negative, we had failure at column test of CTH at 25 CM from surface. Propagation saw test was negative 80/100. Overall Solar aspects no instability encountered.... felts like we could step out cautiously.
