Quick report
Avy 2 course dug 6 pits, roughly 5800 ft E and S facing. One ECTN 23, one ECTN 27 (both roughly 35 cm down), and one CT 15 with a planar failure (ECT in same pit did not fail at all). Very warm, very sunny. We didn't see much action in terms of avalanches, mostly limited to roller balls.
Avalanche
We observed several loose wet avalanches in the distance, mostly small D1. We did not see these actively slide and were not close enough to determine if they were from today or the past couple days. Also observed one fairly large serac shedding/ice avalanche high on the mountain (10-11k ft?).
