It is still a little on the thin side around Bald Mt. with a only a foot to two feet and there are still a few folks driving the highway with 4-wheel drive and good tires.
We are still a few good storms away from any good safe riding as conditions are rocky and thin.
Snowpack
What little snow there is around the Bald Mt. area is still pretty decent, but the surface snow is getting quite weak with this stretch of cold clear weather. The riding and turning is very limited at this elevation and would not recommend doing much off trail riding with so many rocks and hazards.
