Quick report

Toured up McCallum Creek and to a bowl on the South side of the Creek. No signs of instability. Snow Pit 1: 5350ft elevation, West Facing, 30 degree slope. >270cm depth. “Right side up” snowpack. Fist hard 4 Finger 4 4 2 Finger 2 2 Pencil hard No propagation with ECT Continued up toward the ridgeline and noticed changing conditions, wallowing in deep facets. Pit 2: 5900ft Elevation, West Facing, 40 degree slope 130cm depth. 5-10cm sun crust (inconsistent) and 120cm of facets to the ground. No propagation with ECT. There was no slab above the facets to cause alarm in this location. Enjoyed beautiful powder skiing!!!
