- <p>the DL was entraining quite a bit of snow on the high norths and was easily initiated. Easily enough snow to take skier off thier feet in extreme terrain. Initation needed >38* but would run into much lower angle terrain. Low elevations norths had WL that could pack a punch upon exit of Hogum at 15:00, similar >35-38* needed</p>

- <p>DL was main concern today in steeper high north facing terrain. Sluff management is critical in sustained steeper slopes above 10k' on north half of compass with consequence. </p> <p>Mid and upper solars and low elev norths were in play today.</p>
Most snow was ruined, but high north was great powder skiing. Hot mess down low and on solars. Light wind was keeping the highest solars cool (Souths off pheiferhorn)
