Collapsing
widespread

We experienced wide spread collapsing breaking trail along center ridge. Collapsing became nearly continuous with ever few steps after we descended down today Lyon Creek. Generally warm conditions leading up to noon led to noticeable consolidation of the new snow and slab formation.

Remotely triggered soft slab avalanche on South aspect at 2000ft, 30* slope. Roughly 30yards wide, the slide traveled roughly 80 yards. Suspected bed surface was the burned facets under the new snow deposited 3/19.
