Quick report
Moderate precip, mixed at times, through 10AM. Then soggy rain for a couple hours at 4500-4800ft. Easing off by early afternoon. Left at 3:30P. Wind subsided into the afternoon in the basin, but in exposed areas around ridgelines, it seemed to still be going. Most areas around Bagley and Mt. Herman look very barren still. Sharks lurking. HS ~ 30-50cm
