Quick report
We skinned up birthday ridge from coal creek after skiing on Taylor. Noticed a few spots on the ascent where there was a bit more slab development likely due to wind during the last storm. Dug at the top of our run, 9800’ NE 32 deg slope. Surface snow was slightly compacted from the wind at 4 finger hardness ECTP 16 SP and CT12 Q1 down 50cm on facets CT 6 Q2 down 30cm on GP, no result in the ect for this layer.
