Mtn bike ride up to Lockett Meadow

Bicycled up to Lockett Meadow. The road is snow-free and mostly dry. I could see (with a monocular) some old and smallish wet avalanches on the ~north slopes of Doyle and Fremont Peaks. Those occurred sometime last week during the near-record-high temperatures (March 24-26). The snow has melted fast at low elevations. Finding continuous snow below ~9,000' on Northerly slopes will be difficult.
