The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE. Unstable hard slabs up to six feet in depth exist on a variety of aspects. Dangerous hard slab avalanches could be triggered by humans with severe consequences on steep avalanche prone slopes. Conservative decisions and excellent terrain evaluation skills are essential for safe travel in avalanche terrain.
