With no significant change in the weather, there has been no significant change in the avalanche conditions and the overall avalanche danger remains LOW. Watch for minor heat related wet avalanche activity on the sunny slopes. If the snow gets too wet and "punchy", it's time to avoid steep slopes.

Current Condition: Things are quiet out in the backcountry right now. Riding conditions vary from place to place and include melt/freeze crusts which soften during the heat of the day, wind crusts and firm wind board, and still some nice settled powder on sheltered northerly facing slopes.

Mountain Weather: We have another sunny day in store today with high temperatures a bit warmer than Wednesday. Highs will be up around 40˚F along the ridges along with light wind. Friday and Saturday remain warm with a few more clouds and increasing wind speeds. The pattern changes on Sunday and we should see some snow. A complex low pressure system moving in from the southwest will bring a number of chances for snow next week.
