Avalanche Activity

In some localities increase in danger of wet and gliding avalanches as a consequence of warming during the day.

On steep slopes individual small moist and wet avalanches are possible.

Snowpack Structure

On steep sunny slopes thus far only a little snow is lying. Towards its surface, the snowpack is hard and its surface has a crust. The surface of the snowpack will soften during the day.

Tendency

Increase in avalanche danger as a consequence of the new snow.
