In general there is very little loose snow on the surface available for wind transport. However wind slabs may still be forming in exposed terrain, like slopes adjacent to ridge or rib features.

Snowpack Summary

New snow has been redistributed by recent winds in exposed terrain. While in sheltered terrain roughly 10 cm of low-density snow overlies various firm layers. The mid snowpack is generally consolidated and sits above a weak, facetted lower snowpack.

Avalanche Summary

No significant avalanche activity has been reported in the last couple of days.
