Avalanche Activity

The new snow can be released by a single winter sport participant in particular on steep north facing slopes.

In particular on steep north facing slopes medium-sized and, in isolated cases, large avalanches are possible as a consequence of the new snow. As a consequence of solar radiation natural avalanches are possible as the day progresses.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions will give rise to unfavourable bonding of the snowpack. The snowpack will be in most cases unfavourable.
