Central Cascades

Avalanches will be unlikely on Tuesday.  During Low hazard isolated pockets of instability may exist; it is worthwhile to carry avalanche rescue equipment and use safe travel techniques like only exposing one person at a time to avalanche terrain (any slopes that are 30 degrees or steeper, as well as terrain beneath those slopes).

High temperatures near treeline are forecast to reach 40 F.  I'm optimistic that these warm temperatures and sunny skies may provide for some melting on sunny slopes and pleasant riding conditions.  I'm doubtful that these sunny slopes will melt enough to produce significant Wet Loose avalanches.
